TRAINING MODULES STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress Management for managers and executives

PROCESS
These two training modules begin by theoretical elements of neuroscience with a PowerPoint presentation.
Next with three documents, participants will discover their personal elements with my help.
Third, we move slowly for several exercises and discover two positions seat down for concentration.
“Inking in calm water” is the best way for being calm and receiving positive energy in a stressful situation.
 Then participants leave with their personal mental maps, the pattern of their sensory doors, their own “house of stress” and an access to a blog that allow to review movies of the exercises learned. 

ORGANIZATION 
 Group of twenty persons maximum.
 Duration 3 hours.



INITIATION 1
What is stress, how does it work in us? The loss of our abilities under stress.
Learn how the brain manages the two hemispheres; to learn our personal mental map; to learn how to improve our personal functioning and how certain movements can release stress; to improve concentration.

INITIATION 2
There’s no good stress. My personal map of stress.
Dopamine: its role and the sports that promote its synthesis by the brain. Others molecules of well-being. The welfare foods.
The different rebalancing. Inking in calm waters.




BUILDING 1
Manage one of the biggest stressor: time.
The stress alert phase, the phase of exhaustion that led to burnout.
Participants come back with personal tools to manage their stress. Access to the blog includes the elements studied.

BUILDING 2
Overcome the obstacles, the three R: Remove, Reduce, Re-educate.
Emotional balancers: Release of stress spent; Release of stress to come.
Participants return with the personal stress management tools.




DEEPENING 1
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) seen by neuroscience.
The sensory doors and communication filters. Come back on Initiation 2: the personal doors of communication.

DEEPENING 2
The process-communication seen by neuroscience.
The six phases of personality and communication.
The six associated ways to stress.





IMPROVEMENT 1
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) seen by neuroscience.
The six golden rules for a win-win negotiation.
Techniques zero stress to unlock a blocked situation flexibly.

IMPROVEMENT 2
